The Eternal Space play – a URHS of NJ fundraiser

This is about the play “The Eternal Space” this coming month in New York City. Because this show’s story is deeply rooted in railroad history and historic preservation, they are reaching out to railroad preservationists who may find this of interest. They would like to extend a group sales offer that would allow them to ‘give back’ to the organizations that keep railroad history alive on a daily basis.

Below you will find a promotion code to use when you purchase tickets. This code will earmark each ticket sold via The URHS of NJ, and at the end of the show’s run in December, 20% of the ticket revenue from those tickets will be donated to the The URHS of NJ. Simply put, they will make $10 for each ticket sold. This code can be used for any show, even those who can’t make it can purchase a ticket that will benefit the URHS.

The show will be running at the Lion Theater on Theater Row in New York during the months of November and December. You can visit http://theeternalspaceplay.com/ to view show times and more information about the show.

The URHS of NJ Promotion Code: TRURHSGIVE

Enter the code at http://www.telechargeoffers.com/ for your tickets to be purchased with the URHS of NJ fundraiser offer or call the special promotions line to order by phone: 212-947-8844

See this video and information below to learn more about the show. Thanks, and looking forward to helping us raise some money!

About the show:

October 28th, 1963, New York City: Pennsylvania Station is slated for demolition. The wrecking crews are outside dismantling a fifty-three year-old marvel of American Beauxarts architecture. Inside a construction worker, turned photographer, is running away from his past while an aging activist can’t let his go. With the legendary photography of artists including Norman McGrath and Ron Zeil as the backdrop, The Eternal Space charts two very different lives brought together by the historic act that divides them.

Operation Toy Train 2015 – Toys for Tots program

Operation Toy Train is in our 7th year! Please join us December 5, 6, 12 & 13, 2015 as we collect toys for children in the north Jersey area. The Toys for Tots program requests NEW and UNWRAPPED toys for ages infant to 16 years old. Please consider picking up a toy to donate as you begin your holiday shopping. It’s never to early to start! Help fulfill a child’s wish this holiday by putting presents under their tree. Thank you in advance for the continued interest and support of this train! We are proud to assist the Marines in their mission to help needy children in our area have a better holiday. This train collects donated toys in the area to be distributed by the Marines at another time. Operation Toy Train 2014 collected over 25,000 new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots.
